SGR3642 36" is a full service refrigerated bakery display case. This model has three tiers of adjustable white wire shelves. The shelves can be moved up and down as needed, and they also tilt to any one of three positions. Inside the cabinet, this unit also has bright, shielded top and shelf lights to illuminate your breads, pastries, and desserts to tempt passing customers.
The doors can be removed for cleaning as needed. It also has a glass front and sides so guests have an unobstructed view of your display. All of the glass panels are made of tempered glass for added safety. The front glass is sloped to increase the visual appeal of your display, and it even tilts out for easier cleaning at the end of the day.
This refrigerated bakery display case is perfect for chilled desserts like pies, cakes, cupcakes, tarts, and eclairs! It is designed to hold temperatures between 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses R-513A refrigerant, and the refrigeration system is easy to access from the rear of the unit for maintenance. The oversized coil and low velocity fan system provides a high humidity environment to maintain the quality of your product and keep it fresher, longer. The condensate evaporator also helps to make this unit completely self-contained, plus a condenser air filter is included.
This display case is also designed for use in a continuous line up, making it the perfect choice if you are looking to add to your display lineup. It is designed to operate in a maximum of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% relative humidity. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
