616B Submerge Screen for the 616B Fryer

This Submerger Screen is a regular donut screen with 1½ inch ( 38 mm) spacers under it, to hold your fried product under the shortening. The screen can quickly be put in and taken out at any time. Use it for any products that need to fry completely under the shortening, such as ball donuts (or donut 'holes'), loukoumades, hushpuppies and other smaller products.
