This full size (25” x 16 ¼”) cooling rack fits perfectly in most full size sheet pans that measures 26” x 18” (standard size for a full size sheet pan). Cooling racks are a great way to evenly allow air to move around foods that rest on them. For baked goods, it allows the edibles to cool more evenly as air circulates around the entire product, but for items that are being cooked in the oven, it allows for more even cooking by allowing the hot, oven air circulate more evenly. They are Chrome plated Steel.
