Floor Model Sheeter

Sheeters come in many sizes from floor models to countertop models. With a compact simple design, even the most inexperienced employees can sheet dough in seconds. With the floor models the dough is sheeted and Cut using rotary cutters. With different attachments available for cutting, making donuts, croissants, turnovers, and other pastries becomes automatic and uniform.

Take the hard labor of rolling dough out of your production today.

When used as a Donut Production table for yeast fried goods, the dough is sheeted and cut with cutters automatically and uniformly. Rotary cutters are available for donuts, bismarks, long johns, croissants and turnovers. You can also sheet basic sweet dough, danish and puff pastry.
